Bruny Island sits off the Southeast coast of Tasmania. Located 30 minute drive south of Hobart, following the D’Entrecasteaux channel to Kettering, the Bruny Island Ferry departs on a 15 minute crossing to access the Island. The coastlines are dominated by towering dolerite sea cliffs, crumbling sandstone and mud stone pillars, seabirds, penguin colonies, seals, whales, shipwrecks and sweeping white sandy beaches. The local Bruny Island communities are producing some of the finest food products in Tasmania and on the world stage, making this one of the best Islands to discover amazing food and spectacular wild scenery in Tasmania.

One special tour that’s always a hit has you spending the day exploring spectacular landscapes and enjoying gourmet local produce. This is a delicious day out where every course on the menu is a stop on your journey.

You’ll visit the home of Bruny Island’s cheese, oysters, fudge, berries, wine and whisky to savor their produce and hear the stories behind the harvest. At every stop we sit back, relax and enjoy a fully inclusive experience.

On this tour you’ll get to see incredible scenery the entire way.  Take a stroll and leave your footprints in the sand of a deserted beach. The light bush of the northern island gives way to the dense rainforest of the south – this pristine wilderness is home to diverse wildlife including rare white wallabies.
